No one under the age of 18 is allowed to join online. People ages 16 and 17, may join in person when accompanied by a parent or legal guardian. Anyone under the age of 16 may not join individually, but can be part of a family membership.
Members under 18 who are part of a family membership
Members Ages 5-10
May use the basketball court and the pool during off-peak hours
Direct parental supervision needed at all times
Not allowed in cardio area, weight room, or aerobics room for any reason regardless or supervision
Members Ages 11-13
May use the basketball court and pool during off-peak hours
Direct parental supervision needed for the pool but parents only need to be in the building to use the court
Parents of the members in these age groups may request that their child be evaluated by a fitness instructor for possible use of cardio equipment with direct parental supervision.
Members in this age group are not allowed in the aerobics studio or weight room at any time. Members age 12+ may attend Yoga classes as long as they are accompanied by a parent.
Members ages 14-17
May use the basketball court during scheduled open court times
May use the equipment in the cardio area and weight room after meeting with a fitness instructor (14 and 15 year olds)
Members ages 16 and over may take group exercise classes
Parents are not required to be in the building
Any member under the age of 16 needs direct parental supervision while using the pool
Membership reserves the right to revoke privileges for rule infractions
Child Guest Policy
Same rules apply as above
Any guest under 16 must be accompanied by an adult at all times when using any part of the club, including the pool
Any guest 16 or 17 years old must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian on their first visit to the club. After they have a completed waiver signed by a parent or legal guardian and are in Prospects, they can come without a parent
